Great experience

Very easy website to use. Ordering was easy and tracking updates were provided along the way so I could track my new bike. Delivery was very quick and the bike was packaged well and delivered without any issues. Great experience all round.

Fantastic service

Just been to get help with my dropper post fitting and the lads in the shop were absolutely brilliant. They had it sorted in less than 10 minutes and I was out the door. Thank you so much. Will be using these guys again. 100% recommended.

Shopping online

Shopping at winstanley is always good but it's the delivery service they use, that's the only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars

Dispatch information wildly innacurate

10 days after order of an "in stock, dispatched in two days" item and nothing. Can't call as the phone number doesn't connect, no replies to email after 4 days, no update on the account however money still taken. Covid restrictions considered, Winstanleys need to take the incorrect information off their website and just be honest and realistic with customers about their current difficulties. Basic customer service. You oversell yourself and you annoy your customers. Even the order confirmation email said 2 days.UPDATE: After days of chasing up, finally a response and a dispatch promise for tomorrow. Warehouse confusion?

Hi Guys

Hi GuysApologies for the poor rating but the bike's gearing wasn't really set up. The low gear limiter screw was not set correct so that the chain would easily fall between the cassette and he spokes, the indexing wasn't set up correct nor was the for and aft rear-derailleur movement screw. I appreciate Sram Rival 11 speed can be a nightmare to index properly particularly when the derailleur doesn't hang directly vertical because of the the frame but that's what the for and aft screw is for. The delivery was exceptionally prompt but it did take me a day to get the indexing right. It is a lovely bike though!

The bike arrived in good time

The bike arrived in good time. The problem is the wheel spokes had to be adjusted as they were totally out of line.My main problem is the back wheel keeps on moving onto the frame which is dangerous.I've emailed customer services twice now and not had any response whatsoever.I now have a bike not fit for purpose and they don't seem to care about after sale service. I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing from them, avoid them at all costs. Update: I had to take the bike to sanders cycles and pay £18 as the gears was fitted incorrectly causing the back wheel to move. Winstanley cycles not interested. AVOID at all costs.

Quality product and speedy service

I’ve only given four stars as the review option came so early that I’ve only managed to open the box and look at the bike rack. Delivery was speedy and product was in stock, with prompt (as detailed) dispatch. Now looking forward to installing the bike rack.

Bike come scratched loads rear hub is…

Bike come scratched loads rear hub is faulty and customer service is rubbish having to a 240 mile round trip just so I can speak to someone
